Preparing for your visit
If you are seeking evaluation for a spine, cranial, skull base, or facial pain concern, it is helpful to gather recent records before requesting consultation.
- Recent MRI, CT, X-ray, or other imaging and reports; ask the office how to transfer the images.
- Medication list and prior treatment history.
- A brief symptom timeline and current concerns.
Referring Providers
Referring a patient
To refer a patient, call 724-382-3600. The office can provide instructions for transferring records and imaging files. Please arrange clinical referrals by phone rather than through the general inquiry form.
- Recent imaging files and reports.
- Prior operative or procedural records when relevant.
- Clinical notes describing symptoms, exam findings, and prior care.
